My name is Paulineh and I started this blog because I saw a need to share with you my self development journey.   In  the process of finding myself I overcame social anxiety, a divorce and lack of confidence.   I also found the joys and sorrows of dating, ways of building financial freedom and living life to the full as well as attracting good things into my life again.

I was also being asked advice about my self help plan and the success I was having, so that is when Our Self Development.com was born.
