Many people view yoga as a religion, but the truth is, yoga is a practical aid not a religion. Yoga is an ancient art based on a balancing method of development for the body, mind and spirit. Doing simple yoga will lead you to a sense of peace, and well being, and a feeling of being at one with the nature.
Yoga means unification in Sanskrit which came from India. There are four kinds of Yoga namely; Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Raja Yoga. In parts of the world where yoga is well-known, it has become linked with the postures of Hatha Yoga, which are popularly considered as fitness exercises.
The practice of a simple yoga makes the body flexible and durable. Muscle tightness and strain is quickly relieved and both circulation and digestion improves. It use as a simple way of relaxation, and stress relief for poor sleep, fatigue, muscle spasms, anxiety, and indigestion are greatly improved. Yoga improves the functioning of the circulatory, digestive hormonal and respiratory systems. It also brings emotional stability and clearness of mind.
Simple yoga is easy to do; you don’t need a yoga master for this. You can do it by yourself. You can include this as your morning habit before you go to work or do other thing. View this as an exercise to realign and rebalance your body on a regular basis. Through yoga our body is finely tuned and the chances for illness or injuries are very slim.
Overall, yoga is the best alternative medicine for all kind of illness and it is a great tool to renew our mind, body and soul. It helps to make an individual physically and mentally active. So everyone should start performing yoga regularly to stay fit and healthy for whole life. But, simple reminder, never push yourself too far or you might get injured instead of getting a healthy body.
