Using Weight Loss Affirmations
If you are serious about losing weight then weight loss affirmations are a must for helping you to achieve good long lasting results. Using exercise, diet, hypnosis and affirmations as part of your plan will aid your permanent weight loss. Affirmations are easy to write yourself, you just have to make it a daily part of your day.

1. Define your weight loss goal weight
You need to set a specific goal weight which you think is achievable. There is no use you being unrealistic about your goal as it just wont happen and you have wasted your effort and time. You need a specific goal as general terms like “I want to be thinner” is not going to help you achieve that goal as it is too broad. Instead you need to say “My goal weight will be 120 pounds”. This way your subconscious mind will hear you and work towards it. Remember not to use the word ‘lose’ or ‘loss’ which could be interpreted by the mind as a negative emotions and work against you.
2. Make your changes
Now you have set your goal you will need to make changes in the way you eat and exercise. I don’t advocate taking weight loss pills but a natural approach is better and long lasting. You also need to decide what change to your diet and activity level you can implement as this gives your subconscious mind actions to start with to motivate your body to take.
3. Write your affirmations
Start developing and writing your weight loss affirmations today. A few things to remember is to make them in the present tense and in the first person and use positive words like: will, start, do, etc and make them action based. This means you are using a positive formula to achieve your goal.
