What is Mindfullness?
What is mindfullness you might ask……well mindfulness is being attentive to your current moment experience for example: any thought processes, recollections, images, emotions, feelings, through a mindset of kindness, acceptance and mild interest rather than judgment.
The Buddhist mindfullness approaches and reflection offer quite a lot of help with attaining a secure safe feeling, and this also why Buddhist monks are one of the most happy people today alive. They control their thoughts, their thoughts don’t control them. Our thoughts stops being in the control over powerful emotions and thoughts and gradually will come within our personal control.
A simple Mindfulness technique you can try now
Now just for a few minutes, cease reading this article, sit and close your eyes and observe what thought processes you might be having right now. What is the mind trying to let you know? Try to resemble yourself as a daisy bending with the breeze. Now move with the wind and just release the thoughts. You are more flexible to changes that will now occur. You have just learned the miracle of mindfullness.
Within a mindful state, you will gain an even greater understanding of elements of yourself, needs or values than is generally accessible to you. With mindfulness, you establish a diverse, far more detached and easy going relationship to those intrinsic experiences, and they’re going to have much less unfavorable impact on your own everyday living.
Mindfulness is all about taking responsibility for one’s very own health and wellbeing without judging yourself so that really explains what is mindfullness and how it can affect your life.
